Nothing about our sessions is changing. This is me putting proper structure around what we already do, so the admin runs itself and we get to just train.
In the next few days, I'll send you a short form to pin down your goals for the rest of the year. Once we are clear, I can better structure sessions to move us in the right direction and create measurable progress.
A couple of small changes here. Our gym rent has gone up, so I have shifted prices slightly. And a few of you have asked about joint slots, so I've introduced structure for it.

New structure here, mostly to make life easier for both of us. When you fill in the form below, your card is saved securely with Stripe. Nothing is charged today.
After that, payment is processed automatically the morning of our session and you get a receipt emailed every time. Nothing to remember, nothing to transfer, no working out what you owe at the end of the month.
I never see your card details. Stripe holds them, not me. You are not locked into any contract, you release your slot at any time.
A bit of honesty first: I pay fixed rent on the space whether we train or not, so I've had to wrap some structure around cancellations. I'd much rather it lives here on a page than in awkward conversations, because I don't like bringing those into our relationships.
I know life happens. Just give me a heads up as far ahead as you can, so I've got the best shot at filling the slot.
If you cancel within 12 hours of our session, I will shoot a message to my waitlist/casual clients. If I can fill the slot, no problem, no charge. If I can't fill the empty slot, the session will be charged.
